Explaining the issues involved in the case;
Explaining how the hearing will be conducted;
Telling you how to arrange for the appearance of witnesses;
Advising you how to obtain any documents that may be needed for the presentation of the case; and
Telling you how to arrange for a representative.
Yes, you or your representative may review the record and receive copies of the evidence.
