I called medicare to find out information on what would be the best insurance supplement for my mother who is 77 and on medicare. The specialist was very slow and had wrong information on my mothers medicare records. It was a nightmare person. I had to explain basic information about my mothers medicare and insureance that this person should have known. At least the operator that answered the phone was a pleasent person . If not for the her i would not have even given the one stare rating.
Thank you for letting me state my comment .

I was wondering if/what did you find out about your mothers supplement insurance because I am doing the same thing.....trying to find out which is best and a reasonable amount of money. At this time my parents have AARP as supplement ins. to pay the 20% medicare don't pay and it cost over 400 a month, that takes both of their ss checks to pay that. It has to be a better way. Any advice is appreciated.
