May 2009 stimulus check

I qualify for the $250 check but have not received the notice that many of my friends have had in the mail.Are the payments being "staggered" over a few months?

We have not seen information from the SSA about their criteria for sending letters. The SSA apparently prefers that folks not contact the SSA before June regarding non-receipt of checks. However, if concerned, you can contact your local office. All checks should be mailed by June 4, 2009.

If you call SSA they do not give any information about the stimulus letters that have gone out & why some of us have not received them. Thank you

Check you direct express card my mothers was deposited and should be available tomorrow I think they are doing it by ss numbers or something because mine was not deposited but I know it wil be soon.
