Request for my deceased husband's Social Security Benefit Statement 2009

My husband passed away October 7, 2009. I am working on my collecting our tax information. I recieved my social security tax statement, but I did not recieve my husband's benefit tax statement. How may I obtain a copy of my deceased husbands 2009 tax statement?

Replacement SSA-1099

You can request a replacement Social Security Benefit Statement (SSA-1099 or SSA-1042S for foreign beneficiaries) online or by calling 1-800-772-1213. They issue the SSA-1099 and SSA-1042 by January 31 of each year.
