stimulos check

I turned 62 January 8th, 2009. I was eligible for benefits at age 62, I recieved my first social security check in March 2009. Will I recieve a stimulos check?

The SSA is unclear on this. They state :

"Only individuals eligible for Social Security, SSI, Veterans, or Railroad Retirement benefits at any time during the months of November 2008, December 2008, or January 2009 may be eligible for the one-time payment."

They don't indicate if you must actually have been receiving benefits in those months or not.
