I'm writing to see if my daughter will get the 250.00. her dad is disabled and she gets ssi off from him .will she recieve that payment

This seems unlikely based on your description. Children under the age of 18 (19 if still in high school) who receive Social Security benefits are NOT eligible for the one-time payment. However, disabled children receiving SSI are eligible for the one-time payment.
