I know of may people that have already received there stimulus checks how is it determined who gets there check when?does it go by your social security number?

Payments are being made during the month of May. If you don't receive payment by June 4, 2009, contact SSA.

how are the checks being dispursed, by last digits of social security number or last name. or you tell me?

No evidence of distribution methodology

There is no evidence from the SSA that they are using a "simple" distribution strategy for the stimulus checks. It could be essentially "random" to an observer.
