Notice of Eligibility for Economic Recovery Payment

I have ascertained that I DO qualify for the one-time $250 check in May, 2009. However, all others persons that I know who are also eligible have received a mailed notice from SSA in Wilkes Barre, PA explaining this payment to them. Therefore. I am puzzled as to whether or not I will, indeed, receive my check.

Could I please receive a response as to whether the absence of a notice will interfere with receiving my check? Thank you.
