I'm not sure what you mean by "validation". The $250 stimulus payment is paid to you as you normally receive your payments (direct deposit, check, or debit card). No additional validation is needed.
Be wary if anyone contacts you claiming they need to "verify information" about you. Never give your Social Security number to an unknown person or enter it into emails etc.

You should receive the one-time stimulus payment by June 4, 2009. You will receive the payment by your normal payment method. Foe example, if you normally get checks, you'll get an additional check. If you get direct deposit, you'll receive an additional deposit.
