stimulus payment

I received SSI payments for my disabled daughter. She recently died on march 08, 2009. Does that make me in-eligible , now, to receive that one time payment.

You can check with the SSA for a definitive answer, but it seems unlikely that you would be eligible for the one-time payment.

Stimulus payments were distributed in May, 2009. The SSA said that if a beneficiary died before cashing the check, then the check should be returned.
