If a child is in the house hold of their parents; why can't he or she get the payment even though they are recieving a SSI. I understand that people living outside the U.S and in other territories can't recieve this payment 'nor can people in jail or prison, but i don't understand why children can't get it in the household of their parents. Maybe im wrong but this is my question....

i think the kids could used it for school clothing most of them only get a hunder dollars a month anyway
