when it rains it pours on theses poor children.

i am outraged that my 9 yr. old daughter will not be receiving a check!
why is it that the the drunks and wine-os can?she receives ss survivors benefits so why isn't she eligible?theres gonna be alot of p-o parents out there.thanks for nothing gov.
