location is misleading or confusing

these websites are so confusing. Person at main S.S. phone number and official s.s. website states the Barclay Avenue location for S.S. office, yet when searching on the internet, it states another local on 37th Avenue in Flushing, with no mention of the one on Barclay, just like this one does not list the office on 37th Avenue. I can't seem to get anyone on the phone, and need to go to have my moms auto s.s. and pension payments deposited to a different bank account and they told me to go to the Flushing office with my POA. But I don't know where to go. I tried to park by 37 Avenue yesterday, but left after 20 minutes of trying to find a parking spot in the crowded parking lot. So I don't know where to go on Monday Morning. I will once again try the phone numbers listed on website and by S.S. to see if I can get any answers. Please advise on the aforementioned problem. We've checked, and the information we have seems to be current.

You can check with the SSA at http://www.ssa.gov/locator. However, the SSA's site is often down on weekends and late evening.

The one on 37th Avenue is the old office, which is now closed. The new office is on Barclay.

Make change on your existing card.

does anyone know if you can file for correction on your existing card at the barclays (flushing) location or do you need to go the the jamica location to do so? thanks for your help.

Applying for new social security card

I applied for adjustment of status and just recieved my EAD card.
For me to be able to apply for a new social security card do I need to apply at Jamaica Queens office or I can just go to Flushing Queens Office which is much easier for me to get to? May I also have the office hours in Flushing, Queens. Thank you.

If you live or receive mail in Brooklyn, NY or Queens, NY you must apply in-person or by mail to a Social Security Card Center for an original or replacement Social Security card.
