what r u doing with my benefits?

April 30, 2010 by Guest

federal judge ordered soc security to pay out full soc sec in 2004; remanded back for fort wayne judge to decide back amount from 95 or 98 to 2004; only receive $25 per month ssi.

there are too many inconsistencies in this case

this is twenty years, two decades of your nonsense

can't you pay me my rightful benefits? dont tell me you have because you have not

you want an ssi interview with elkhart office, mrs. m finds inconsistancies from virginia, but not receiving the full amount, i am to sign a form, i return form telling you the information you provided is incorrect

soc security attorneys stacey s b of fort wayne are told on a conference call with my husband and myself i am currently receiving full social security--but I am NOT--just $25 per month ssi; your employees act weird anytime they are confronted about my case

fraud committed no one can straighten it out

john c in VA tells me "I'll get even with you" and my case is listed as a "meeting" with the commissioner, but there was three minutes of conversation (i have the phone record to prove it). cotton lied there was no meeting

then i come to fort wayne office and you do secret calculations with six people in a 45 minute meeting without a printout, told cannot have the computer generated information, you bring out an old typewriter and a hand held calculator and give me that information--in 2008

just pay me my rightful benefits; you have more people on the way
you are going to be dealing with besides me

this is my life, it is not some type of game

it's a shame no one has put themselves in my shoes

paperwork lost in elkhart in 1995; incorrect medical files; fraud at a hearing in fort wayne where d of h law firm poses as h during the entire hearing and judge does nothing about it

now you want to collect money from my daughter, who is chronically ill per your office and earns minimum wage

when does it stop? I know you prefer me dead
