The phone number listed is not a working number no matter how you dial it. That doesn't help when you want to call and make sure you are bringing all the necessary documents with you rather than have to make several trips because you couldn't reach anyone.

I would first try working with Social Security on this. Try your local office first. Social Security provides birth date and other information to Medicare.

Extension List

I believe there should be an extension list for the representatives. I have to wait on hold (McKinney Office) for 10 minutes just to get to an operator when you need to speak to a specific representative. It seems every year we get a new representative so this would be helpful.
