THe SS office is refering their clientws to local hospitals for copies of their records in order to get a social security card or in order to re-issue for their licence . Hospitals are not allowed give records without legal picture id.

Your automated phone lady is no help at all you people make it very difficult to get a hold of an ACTUAL PERSON. All this automated thing does is say agents are busy it won't let me just hold till their available instead it says main menu then with the bull again until it says call again! Why so your idot no help automated ass can run me around again?

The Hearings Office is in Suite 200.

Please make the change so that the claimants get the correct information instead of calling the Hearings Office.

It would be nice if you could post a number to get through to speak with someone. The automated system is nice if people have standard questions. In the instance that you say need to find a fax number it is impossible to obtain through your system and a live voice would be nice.

I know and a lot of good that does if the reason your trying to get a SS card mailed to you is to have proof of residency to obtain a new DL since it was stolen!!

After following the directions on a tax notice, that a bank screwed up my name on, to contact my local ssa office, I spent 30 minutes of my day trying to get through to a freaking robot. It was a total waste and accomplished nothing since I couldn't get through to a human!
